2010 Long-Range Planning Meeting Held in St. Mary’s, GA
The Executive Council held its annual Long-Range Planning Meeting in St. Mary’s, Georgia in April. Incoming chair Kirk Kirkconnell facilitated a discussion regarding the Council’s priorities for the upcoming year, which include finishing off the website, continuing to offer superb CLEs, publishing a book of hints for solo and small-firm practitioners, publishing articles in the Florida Bar Journal and the Link, and building participation in the annual Solo and Small Firm Conference. After the meeting concluded, Council members went out to dinner at a small local restaurant. On Saturday, a large group of Council Members enjoyed the boat ride to Cumberland Island and a walking tour of the National Seashore there.
