The General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section is a section which provides information and services to the general practitioner whether the person is a solo practitioner or a member of a small, medium or large law firm. Our section provides a forum for participation by general practitioners in the affairs of our section and The Florida Bar. From time to time our section has taken positions on various matters in support of and in opposition to the positions of the Board of Governors when their positions were perceived to be adverse to the best interests of the general practitioner.

     The General Practice, Solo & Small Firm Section puts on several CLE programs a year, including an annual legal update at the annual meeting of The Florida Bar. We have a publication The General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section Link which is published three or four times a year in an attempt to keep all of our members current on the section’s activities, as well as on matters deemed to be of particular interest to the general practitioner.
